After a thorough analysis, it was decided to develop a bespoke PMS tailored to their specific needs. This custom solution featured a web-based backend and Windows desktop applications deployed via Citrix, ensuring secure access. Dariel integrated adapters to connect with various hospitality exchanges for real-time reservations, availability checks, and bookings, creating a cornerstone for the client’s operational efficiency.

- Managed Services: Throughout the partnership, Dariel has provided ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the PMS and other systems, ensuring they remain robust and adaptable.
- Best Available Rates (BAR): New features implemented provide a competitive advantage through flexible pricing strategies, enabling the company to maximise occupancy across its hotel network. The system captures and reports BAR rate changes, enabling their customer-centric approach.
- Tax Invoice Enhancements: Dariel enhanced development to accommodate necessary information for automated customer payments. The implementation also connected existing contract rates to the new BAR system and facilitated the automated sending of invoices. This enhanced system allows the client to send dynamic tax invoices and process payments more efficiently, moving away from manual tasks.
Outcome: A bespoke reservation system that meets the hotel chain’s specific needs, ensuring excellent customer experience and better control of invoicing and payments.
