The Bank’s Corporate and Investment Banking division faced challenges with its in-house KYC (Know Your Customer) application, which was slow, not fit for purpose, and required restarting the process if any step was missed. To streamline the process, the client turned to Dariel Software to integrate Salesforce for client onboarding, and develop an API set to capture KYC data. Dariel built the APIs using AWS API Gateway and implemented a serverless solution with AWS Lambda, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
Outcome: This solution improved efficiency, minimised downtime, and met the client’s stringent data recovery objectives, eliminating the need for manual intervention during cloud scaling.
